Phone Status Overlay (the "App") is provided by TKO-APP ("we", "us"). This page contains two documents: the Terms of Service (Part A) and the Privacy Policy (Part B). By installing or using the App, you agree to the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to information when you use the App; please read it as well.

Summary

The App shows live readings such as FPS, CPU, GPU, temperature, memory, network speed and battery current on top of other apps, and lists information about your phone.
We do not collect, store or receive the readings, settings, app lists or any other information from your phone. Everything the App measures is processed on your phone only. The App has no account, no sign-in, and no server of its own.
The App is free and shows banner ads from Google AdMob. Google, not us, may collect certain information for ads, such as your advertising ID and IP address. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy settings in the App.
The only personal information we may ever hold is what you send us by email.

Part A – Terms of Service

A1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and TKO-APP about your use of the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian to read and accept these Terms with you.

A2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not, except where the law expressly allows it: copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it; remove or bypass its ads, notices or security features; or use it to build a competing product.

A3. What the App does, and what you are responsible for

Overlay. The App draws small windows over other apps. You decide which items are shown, where, and in which apps. When "Lock position" is on, touches pass through the items to the app below.
